Privacy Policy - OIS Partners

Overview

Audit Ready PM (“the App”) is a native Salesforce application published by OIS Partners LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles data in connection with its operation inside the Salesforce platform.

Data Storage and Location

Audit Ready PM is a fully native Salesforce application. All data created, processed, or stored by the App resides exclusively within your Salesforce org. OIS Partners does not collect, transmit, copy, or store any customer data on external servers, third-party systems, or OIS Partners infrastructure.

No data ever leaves your Salesforce environment as a result of using this App.

Data Collected

The App creates and manages the following types of records within your Salesforce org:

Project, Milestone, and Task records
Checklist and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) execution records
Project status logs and audit trail entries
PDF audit report files stored as Salesforce Content Documents
Project member and team assignment records

All records are owned and controlled by your organization. OIS Partners has no access to these records.

Immutable Records

By design, certain records in Audit Ready PM are locked after completion or sign-off. This is a core compliance feature of the App. Locked records cannot be edited or deleted by end users. Salesforce administrators retain the ability to manage records at the org level in accordance with your organization’s data governance policies.

External Integrations

Audit Ready PM optionally integrates with standard Salesforce objects including Opportunities, Contracts, Cases, and Assets. These integrations are configured by your Salesforce administrator and operate entirely within your Salesforce org. No data is sent to external systems.

The App includes an optional feature to send a secure one-time link to external contacts (non-Salesforce users) for task sign-off. This feature uses Salesforce’s standard email delivery infrastructure. The recipient receives a link but does not gain access to your Salesforce org.

Experience Cloud (External Users)

Organizations that enable Salesforce Experience Cloud may grant external users — such as clients or vendors — limited read access to specific project records. Access is controlled by your Salesforce administrator through standard Salesforce sharing rules. OIS Partners does not control or configure external user access.

No Third-Party Data Sharing

OIS Partners does not sell, rent, share, or disclose customer data to any third party. The App does not include any advertising, tracking, or analytics services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data retention and deletion are governed by your organization’s Salesforce data policies. Removing the App (uninstalling the managed package) does not automatically delete data records. Your Salesforce administrator is responsible for data cleanup in accordance with your organization’s retention policies.

Security

Audit Ready PM enforces Salesforce’s native security model including object-level security, field-level security, and record sharing. The App does not bypass or override Salesforce platform security. All Apex code runs within Salesforce’s standard permission enforcement framework.

Children’s Privacy

Audit Ready PM is an enterprise business application. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

OIS Partners may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
